Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe
A delicious Autumn time smoothie made with pumpkin puree, greek yogurt, maple syrup, & apple cider. 8 Weight Watchers Points Plus Value

- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin-pie spice
plus more for garnish, optional
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
not the cheaper, pancake syrup, but real maple syrup
- 1/2 cup ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses and sprinkle with additional pumpkin-pie spice, if desired.
