Peach Salsa Pork Chops

- 2 tbsp Honey Mustard
- 2 tbsp Peach Preserves
- 6 Boneless Pork Chops, 3/4" thick each
- 2 cups Fresh Salsa
- 2 Fresh Ripe Peaches, peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
Add olive oil to frying pan and heat over medium heat.
Season pork chops on both sides with salt & pepper.
Sautee in pan for a total of 12 minutes (6 minutes on each side), or until pork chops are browned and cooked through.
In a small bowl combine honey mustard and peach preserves.
Remove pork chops from pan and brush all sides with honey mustard/peach preserves mixture.
In a large bowl, combine prepared fresh salsa with fresh diced peaches.
Serve salsa over pork chops.
