Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Honey Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Peach Preserves
  • 6 Boneless Pork Chops, 3/4" thick each
  • 2 cups Fresh Salsa
  • 2 Fresh Ripe Peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add olive oil to frying pan and heat over medium heat.
  • Season pork chops on both sides with salt & pepper.
  • Sautee in pan for a total of 12 minutes (6 minutes on each side), or until pork chops are browned and cooked through.
  • In a small bowl combine honey mustard and peach preserves.
  • Remove pork chops from pan and brush all sides with honey mustard/peach preserves mixture.
  • In a large bowl, combine prepared fresh salsa with fresh diced peaches.
  • Serve salsa over pork chops.
