Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Brush bottom & sides of your cookie sheet or pizza pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil and then stretch out your pizza dough to fit the pan.
Form a slight lip around the edges for your crust.
Then, brush the top of the pizza dough with the 2nd tablespoon of olive oil.
Pre-bake the dough in the oven for 6 minutes.
While the dough is pre-baking, in a small bowl mix together the ricotta cheese, minced garlic & salt. Set aside.
Once pizza dough is pre-baked, remove from oven and add dollops of ricotta cheese mixture to the dough. Then spread around the dough evenly with the back of a large spoon.
Sprinkle on your mozzarella cheese evenly over top of the ricotta cheese.
After that, sprinkle on the pecorino romano cheese over the mozzarella cheese.
Place pizza in the oven and bake for 10 more minutes.
Remove pizza from oven and add your Handy Seafood Pasteurized Premium Lump Crab Meat evenly over the entire pizza.
Then sprinkle your seafood/crab seasoning over top of the crab meat.
Place pizza back into the oven and bake for 8 more minutes.
Once pizza is removed from the oven, add fresh basil.
