Pour noodles into a colander. Rinse and drain well. Then thoroughly pat the noodles dry.
Spray a skillet with non-stick spray and heat to medium heat. Then add the shrimp and mushrooms & cook through for approximately 4 minutes.
Remove shrimp & mushrooms and set aside.
Re-spray the skillet & add the noodles, sour cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, & cheese wedge.
Cook and stir well for around 3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the noodles are evenly coated.
Add parmesan cheese, shrimp, and mushrooms. Cook & stir for around 2 more minutes.
