Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces Imitation Crab, shredded
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • ½ Red Onion, diced
  • ½ bunch Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Avocados, diced
  • 2 Limes, juiced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper, To Taste
  • 3 Serrano Peppers, finely chopped, Optional

Instructions
 

  • Place imitation crab into a large bowl.
  • Stir in olive oil until imitation crab is well coated.
  • Then add tomatoes, onion, cilantro, avocadoes, and peppers (optional) and mix well.
  • Pour lime juice over ceviche and mix well.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill in refrigerator for about an hour and serve immediately.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, in a small tostada bowl or as lettuce wraps.
