Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken Breasts, skinless, boneless
  • 1 pkt Sazón Goya
  • 96 oz Chicken Stock, (3) 32 oz boxes
  • 3 ears Corn on the Cob
  • 2 cups Carrots, sliced
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • ½ lb Angel Hair Pasta

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken breasts with Sazón Goya seasoning and place into large pot with chicken stock.
  • Cook on stovetop over medium-high heat for approximately 45 minutes.
  • Remove chicken from stock and cut it up into bite size pieces OR shred it. Then place the chicken back into the large pot with the stock.
  • Add corn on the cob (break each ear into 2 pieces), carrots, onions, garlic, potatoes, salt & pepper.
  • Then cover and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes or until veggies are tender.
  • Now, add the angel hair pasta and cook on simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
