Ingredients
  

  • - 2 onions, chopped
  • - 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • - 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • - 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size chunks
  • - 4 cans, 15.5 oz each cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • - 2 cans, 14 oz each fat-free, reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • - 1 can, 4.5 oz chopped green chile peppers
  • - 1 tsp each salt and cumin
  • - 3/4 tsp dried oregano
  • - 1/2 tsp each chili powder and ground black pepper
  • - 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • - 1/8 tsp ground red pepper

Instructions
 

  • Saute onions and garlic in oil in large pot over medium-high heat. Add chicken and brown 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and cover.
  • Let simmer for about 45 minutes.
