- 1/4 cup white chia seeds
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
You can also use unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp honey
Whisk chia seeds, milk, vanilla, and honey together.
Refrigerate overnight in a covered container.
In the morning, add 1 banana sliced.
