  • ¼ cup White Chia Seeds
  • 1 ½ cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk, You can also use unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • Whisk chia seeds, milk, vanilla, and honey together.
  • Blend well.
  • Refrigerate overnight in a covered container.
  • In the morning, add 1 banana sliced.
