This was filled such good information and the crab pizza sounds/looks so yummy. I wish I had know where to buy that crab meat as I just got home from Wegman’s and just read this, ha!! But, next week I’ll be picking it up!! And the leather jewelry is really unique!
I tried your chia seed pudding using Hershey’s cocoa powder and chocolate almond milk (DELICIOUS!!!); however, I have a few questions.
1. What does PPV, and 6 SP/serving stand for?
2. How many servings does this recipe make?
3. By grinding the seeds to a powder does this lesson the fiber content?

Thank you!!!
Thank you so much Cheryl! They sell Handy crab meat at Wegmans! That’s where I got mine! Isn’t that jewelry really cool?

Hi Carolyn,
So glad you liked the Chia Seed Pudding! The Hershey’s powder and chocolate almond milk sounds really good!
PPV stands for Points Plus Value. It’s one of the older points systems that Weight Watchers used to use. Some people still use it.
SP stands for Smart Points, which is I believe the current points system that Weight Watchers (WW) uses.
I Googled your 3rd question and I couldn’t find any evidence that grinding your chia seeds lessens the fiber content.
Thanks!
Pam
